My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite some noise from the main road and flight path, provided a good night's sleep with ample space and warmth, though finding someone else's beer glass was odd. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who even preemptively discounted our breakfast. The location was convenient for my business meeting and work in Solihull, although the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
