Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite some noise from the main road and flight path, provided a good night's sleep with ample space and warmth, though finding someone else's beer glass was odd. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who even preemptively discounted our breakfast. The location was convenient for my business meeting and work in Solihull, although the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently situated between Birmingham, Coventry, and Royal Leamington Spa, making it ideal for walkers and exploring nearby. While some aspects such as dining need improvement, the service is commendable and the rooms are of good quality.
The hotel is located near many attractions, offering a convenient base for exploration. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, with nice tea and coffee facilities, but the decor is outdated. The service is friendly and hospitable, though there were some issues with knowledge and attentiveness. The location is great for visiting nearby places of interest, but the lackluster dining options are a downside. The facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay.
